Showing You How To Change Leftovers into Delicious, Quick & Easy, 2nd Meals for Family & Friends YUM

The day before this video I had made Smothered Hamburger Steaks and Mashed Potatoes. I had plenty of leftovers that I didn't want to throw away so I decided to repurpose them. I made a quick and easy Shepherd's Pie and oh my goodness, it was delicious. The hamburger steaks I just heated them up for about a minute so they wouldn't be so tough and then mashed them up until they were just like ground beef and put it in the bottom of a sprayed casserole dish. Then I added some Kinder's Wood Fired Garlic seasoning and some Smoked Paprika. After that I put a can of corn on top of the hamburger mixture and then added a can of carrots. You could add any vegetables you like together if you want. Then I got out the leftover mashed potatoes and spread them evenly on top of everything and then covered it with grated sharp cheddar cheese and baked it for 45 minutes on 350-375 degree oven. It was so good. I know you would like it and you wouldn't end up throwing your leftovers away because your family would love that repurpose dish. :)
