SAFE Sheet by OSEQ - PEI powdered sheet

New Czech company OSEQ is launching 3D printer steel sheet. It's spring steel PEI powder coated sheet with excellent adhesion characteristics. They call this surface "velvet texture".
I've tested it on my Ender 3 Pro and compared bed adhesion with other sheets I have.

But what makes this sheet SAFE is colour changing indicator based of the heat of the bed.

Material used in printing was PLA, printed at 200oC and bed at 60oC and direct drive extrusion.
