Not even a summer sun shower will stop my workout. I love this isometric/static pull-up routine because it keeps the most tension on the biceps, triceps, shoulders & upper back all at the same time. I literally feel it working all those muscle groups at the same time, I do 10 sets of 10 reps with the pull-ups and instantly 10 reps per set of dips after getting down from the bar. Try this routine and give me your thoughts on it.
