A GPS with TrakMaps Ontario snowmobile maps is an incredibly useful combination for trail and backcountry riders.
If you're going to be riding for any length of time, you're going to need to add a power source to charge electronics such as cell phones and GPS. Adding a 12 volt DC outlet to the AC circuit on your sled isn't that hard to do but you'll need the right hardware.
In this video, I'll talk about Trakmaps, and show you how I connected an outlet to my sled.
