Washington, California is a small town in the heart of the Sierra Mountains. Boasting a population of around 175 people, this is a great place to meet the locals. I spent an afternoon with the ex-mayor, Kevin and Snake..two very colorful characters who became friends. After we broke the ice with them, we made a couple trips back to this town to enjoy the hospitality.
