[Wet Plate Finland] Episode 3: Modifying a 1920s German Plate Camera Into Wet Plate Use

In this episode I modify an old German 9x12 cm plate camera for wet plage usage. This camera is from around 1920s. It is designed for dry plates, and it also has a film-pack back.
I specifically modify the film-pack to take wet plates. The dry plate holders are too rough to take delicate wet plates.
My budget for this modification was around 3€ and it covered the super glue and a kitchen sponge. The camera itself with all its accessories was around 90€ from an online auction in Finland.
In the end I shoot two sample plates which show how much dirt there is inside the holder and the camera. After this video I have further cleaned the holder and the camera. I willd definitely use this camera in the future as it takes so little space. Quite good for traveling and shooting small plates.
