Kettlebell Fat-Burning Course Routine 4, Same as the Gym, No Reservation Needed, Free to Follow! Includes detailed instructions, so there's no need to worry about doing the exercises incorrectly. Just follow along for an efficient full-body sculpting and fat-burning workout.
Unlike the previous kettlebell fat-burning routines, this Routine 4 adds a 'special endurance rhythm training section,' which is perfect for beginners to build endurance from scratch.
This course is divided into 4 modules:
5 warm-up exercises
2 rounds of 6-station endurance circuit training
2 rounds of explosive power circuit training
2 rounds of core circuit training
