Some examples of common stamped parts are brackets, fittings, deep draw containers, or small metal parts. Small metal components are very common to see in our day-to-day lives. The main advantage of stamping is being suitable for high volume production due to the short cycle time and cost effective components. The main disadvantage is that the tooling is expensive.
