GTA Vice City: The Actual NextGen Edition Modpack Showcase #21 (v7.0 WIP Showcase #13)

The modpack once again got another massive update, let me show you in this video what are the brand new features that this new massive update has, it is now WIP (Work-In-Progress) but eventually it will be released, I know that it takes a long time but there's a lot going on.

Keep in mind that today's video is kinda buggy and the modpack is now showing its dark side of being WIP, which is obviously shown by the game's stability.

Summary:

*Update 7:*
Traffic Reworked.
Added fortune and Premier from GTA San Andreas.
Slighty changed vehicle names to beta vehicles.

*Update 8:*
Updated mods like Cutscene Rextexture Project.
Reworked the Modpack instructed, now it much cleaner than before
Partially added Russian Lauguage, currently it's only include the proper translate to the FusionFix's additional options, thanks to Fizzora for this.
**Script changes:**
Reworked the fix lags of the Chainsaw and Flamethrower.
Changed the Flamethrower data from EpsoidicID 5 to EpsoidicID 2 which makes the Grenade Launcher more function.
Added few pickups around the map, check it by yourself
Reworked the peds' weapons on missions, now they'll spawn like Tec-9, MP5 and UZI instead of pistols, Mac10s and assault rifle
Increase the squalo's health on the mission "Supply & demand".
The boundries system now it similar to GTA V's boundries system, this will fixed an issues when visiting the Gator Keys.
**REWORKED CHEATS** now it have TONS of cheats to activate like Godmode, changing weather and so on.
Fixed issues of the `pickups.c`.
Restored the activation of the Vigilante to other emergency's vehicles, and 1 Improvement which includes Patriot.

*Update 9:*
Added a couple of Textboxes that introduces the modpack itself.
Fixed an issue that Huntley and Sadler doesn't spawn at all.
Added a new helpbox that appears after the mission "Phenom Penh '86" that tells the players about gangs and their behaviour towards the player, similar to GTA San Andreas.
Fixed an issue that the player reduces the health in some cases.
Fixed some crashes that happened during the start of the game.
Fixed the `Optionals` folder which caused most of the optionals serious issues in the game.

*Update 10:*
Updated Mods.
Fixes some minor bugs.
Fixed an issue that when you driving cars or bikes, it stops instantly.
Minor improvements to driving physics.
Slighty increase Fire-Rate to M16.
Fixed an issue when visiting second island, the helicopter doesn't destroy at all.
Fixed random crashes.
Reworked `Intro.sco`, now all scenes matches the original, which includes:
Changed the time on each intro cutscenes.
Changed the time during scripted cutscene.
The feature called "SCRIPTED_CUTSCENES_BEFORE_ACTUAL_CUTSCENES" has also been ported to the cutscene "An old friend".
Added a textbox after the "An old friend" ends.
Made the "Go to the Lawyer..." Tutorial Helpbox appear immediately after the player becomes controllable after the "An Old Friend" cutscene plus the radar will blink similar to the original.
Changed the time to be at 8:00 after the cutscene "An old friend".

*Update 11:*
Ported all the Script changes from Patch 1.3 and merge with the Modpack's script changes, thanks to ‪@englishben‬ for the VCNE Patch 1.3 and giving us the source codes.
Reworked Wanted Music so it will match the drum, thanks to CyanFire for reporting the issue.
Tweaked the `Intro.sco` to the make the time match to the Original.
Tweaked the vehicle handling.
Updated Mods.
And much more....

*Update 12:*
Updated Mods.
Added one more Wanted Music.
Stability Fixes.
Fixed serious issue when collecting vehicles to the Sunshine Auto List.
Fixed an issue that the subtitles won't disappear when the player puts away from his phone.
