You may have heard the gospel a hundred times. But there is a moment when God truly opens the eyes of our hearts, and we understand for the first time deep in our soul that Jesus gave His life as a sacrifice for each and every one of us, bearing our punishment so we can know God. And when this happens, it is a feeling that cannot be described, as we see the unmatchable glory of God, His mercy, love and majesty, that He would care for such a person as us.
