How To Make Jewelry: How To Make A Vintage Brooch Cuff Bracelet

Materials
1 brass cuff bracelet, 1 1/2” wide
1 vintage rhinestone brooch
2 vintage rhinestone earrings
10 flatback Swarovski rhinestones, 3mm
silk shantung fabric
felt
lace ribbon trim
Beacon Adhesives Fabri-Tac Glue

Tools
wire snips
scissors
toothpick

Steps
1. Wrap the silk shantung around the cuff long ways. Overlap the sides on the back of the cuff. Glue with Fabri-Tac glue on the inside of the cuff. Fold the ends of the shantung over the ends of the cuff. Glue with Fabri-Tac.

2. Line the inside of the cuff with the felt and glue in place.

3. Use Fabri-Tac to glue the lace ribbon trim down the center of the cuff.

4. Snip the backs off the rhinestone brooch and earrings with the wire snips. Glue the brooch to the center of the cuff and glue an earring on either side.

5. Embellish the area around the center brooch with 3mm rhinestones. To do this, use a toothpick to apply a tiny dab of glue to the back of each rhinestone. We put five rhinestones on each side of the center brooch.
