EXTRA Irish! || Guinness Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe!

If you want an espresso martini that’s a bit more Irish, this is the recipe for you!

In this recipe, I’ve combined a little bit of Guinness Stout to add some extra notes to my Irish twist on a classic espresso martini. I’ve used Poitín in place of vodka for this twist, as I really like the slightly herbal, slightly sweet note in Poitín, but if you can’t find some, you can stick to the classic (boring) vodka.

The bitter, chocolatey notes in the Guinness pair really well with the classic notes in an espresso martini, so let’s get to making it!

Guinness Espresso Martini cocktail recipe
50ml Guinness
25ml Poitín
30ml Espresso
30ml Coffee Liqueur
30ml Brown Sugar Syrup
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a little bit of cocoa powder
