Post-war drama by Alexander Proshkin "Cold summer of the fifty-third ..."

An almost detective story of an unequal duel between two former political prisoners and a gang of criminals. Time of action - 1953, the country is on the verge of great changes. Two former political prisoners who recently left the camp engage in a fight with a gang of amnestied criminals. Victory has to be paid for at a high price.
