Part 1: I stop back in to Nogales to gauge what is happening with our friend Claudia from episodes 3 and 4. There is a big new tourism oriented railroad line going in, and the locals are hoping that it'll revive their flagging tourism economy. We discuss Mexican politics including Claudia Sheinbaum's response to the cartel activity around the country and especially in Sinaloa as that civil war has, surprisingly, not been felt here in Nogales.
