These Giant Monster Cookies are thick, chewy, and loaded with colorful M&Ms and chocolate chips. Crispy edges, soft gooey center, and bakery-style texture — perfect for cookie lovers and viral dessert videos.
🍪 INGREDIENTS (2 GIANT COOKIES )
Salted butter — 80 g (⅓ cup), soft (not melted)
Brown sugar — 1/2 cup
White sugar — 2 tbsp
Eggs — 1 small (or 1/2 large)
Vanilla essence — 1 tsp
All-purpose flour — 1 cups
Cornflour (cornstarch) — 1 tbsp
Baking soda — 1/4 tsp
Chocolate chips — 1/4 cup
M&Ms — 1/4 cup (reserve some for topping)
👩🍳 METHOD (STEP BY STEP)
1️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugars
In a bowl, mix soft salted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and creamy.
2️⃣ Add Eggs & Vanilla
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth and glossy.
3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Add flour, cornflour, and baking soda. Mix gently just until combined. Do not overmix.
4️⃣ Fold in Chocolates
Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms. Reserve some M&Ms for topping.
5️⃣ Shape Cookies
Divide dough into 2 equal portions.
Shape each into a thick round (about 1–1.2 inches thick) on a lined baking tray or in 6-inch pans.
6️⃣ Chill (Recommended)
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to keep cookies thick.
7️⃣ Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes, until edges are set and centers look slightly soft.
8️⃣ Cool & Serve
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing for a gooey center.
