Roddy Kentish, one of the nine people put on trial in the landmark mangrove case, speaking in 1982 about their arrest and subsequent trial. After the trial, Roddy fought for decent housing conditions in North Kensington, played a key role in the establishment of the Notting Hill children’s carnival, and set up a project to train young people in a trade. Roddy passed away in June 2019.
