For some reasons, I had zero practice laps since Round 4 and went straight to qualifying in Round 5. I felt some self-imposed pressure, was definitely forcing it, heard some parts scrapping while leaned too far, but kept cracking the throttle nonetheless, and The Bowl spanked me, and rightly so. Lessons learned. The bike never tumbled and is easily repairable and I got away with just a sprained knee. Thanks to everyone who checked on me and helped in the aftermath. Racers are a great bunch.
