Are you wondering how to set up sandbags around your home, in case of flooding during heavy rain? Two City of San Diego Parks and Recreation team members show you how to do it. Empty sandbags are available in limited supply at centrally located recreation centers in each City Council District, you can find more information here: https://www.sandiego.gov/storm-prepar.... And sand can be purchased (please don’t take sand from the beach) at local hardware supply stores and other retailers.
