Tassel Pendant Necklace | Beaded Bead Cap Tutorial | Curated Bead Box

Hi everyone! Here's a very pretty long tassel necklace featuring a gorgeous bead bead cap. I'll be using beads from the Curated Bead Box for the month of November.
