This week we head to one of the best spots for delicious Korean street food: Gwangjang Market! I give you a walking tour of the four main routes, revealing where to eat:
jeon (savory Korean pancakes)
soondae (blood sausages)
bindaetteok/nokdujeon (mung bean pancakes)
mandu (dumplings)
mayak kimbap (drug rolls)
shikhye (Korean rice drink)
desserts and more!
After burning a couple calories, we head over to the bibimbap stalls to enjoy a filling bowl of barley rice topped off with various seasoned vegetables. Spicy, slightly sweet, and completely tasty :)
