Did you know that according to EU law, Sangria can only be called and sold by that name if it is in Portugal or Spain? Every other EU member state that wants to sell this beverage have to call it something else or at least use the country name where it's been made like "French sangria" or "German Sangria" etc. Not important, just enjoy my Sangria and call it whatever you want :)
