Hang out with me while I paint a forest scene in watercolors.
Lately I've been hitting a wall with my art, feeling unsure as to where I wanted to take it and wondering whether what I was doing was what I really wanted to do (talking about styles and subject matters, not art as a whole).
So I've been going back to old mediums and experimenting with entirely new ones to see what I could create.
Watercolors were the medium that got me into painting to begin with - back when I fell in love with urban sketching - and I've been having fun playing with it again and enjoying the lower pressure that comes with it.
I hope you enjoy this video, let me know if you have any questions and check below for the supplies I used.

Supplies used (some links may be affiliate links):
Pentel Aquash water brush: https://amzn.to/43NkJ1J
Talens Art Creation sketchbook: https://amzn.to/42vNgGR
Watercolor tin and pans: https://amzn.to/44keVNf
Pencil: https://amzn.to/42mRoZu
Paints are a mix of Daniel Smith and Winsor & Newton colors, I don't have a full list since I haven't used them in so long that I forgot what some of the colors are, but leave a comment if you're curious about any particular one and I can let you know.
