In this video presentation I'm testing my Electric Kitchen to cook Chicken Marsala and bake a dessert.
My camping journey started with a tent evolved through variations of trailers and now I'm focusing on camping / sleeping in my pickup truck when I'm solo camping. When my wife consents to a country roadtrip we will be staying in formal lodging, my preference simple cabins... her preference is the "Moderate to Grandest!"
Currently we live in Central Florida, most of my ventures, journeys will be local, however we have a couple cross country options conceived, still percolating...
