Découvrez comment une analyse fine du lait permet de savoir si une vache est stressée, affamée ou même malade – pour améliorer à la fois son bien-être et la qualité du lait pour les consommateurs. Cette innovation est rendue possible grâce à la consolidation de vastes ensembles de données provenant de vaches laitières d’Europe du Nord-Ouest dans le cadre des projets Interreg HappyMoo et HoliCow.

Entdeckt, wie eine präzise Milchanalyse zeigt, ob eine Kuh gestresst ist, Hunger hat oder gar krank ist – und so sowohl ihr Wohlbefinden als auch die Milchqualität für Verbraucher verbessert. Möglich wurde dies durch die Zusammenführung umfangreicher Datensätze von Milchkühen aus Nordwesteuropa im Rahmen der Interreg-Projekte HappyMoo und HoliCow.
