Can you beat DARK SOULS 1 with only Bleed Weapons?

For this Dark Souls challenge run I fight all bosses with only bleed weapons. This includes weapons like scythes, katanas, and daggers. The bleed status effect builds up slowly overtime as you hit a boss or enemy. When bleed triggers you take out a large portion of their total health. This run was especially difficult because I've never completed the DLC before. I fight Artorias, Kalameet, and Manus for the first time. I had to adapt to their unique attack patterns and learn how to time my dodges properly. There were a lot of funny moments and fails along this journey that only a souls-like can make you suffer through. Bleed weapons are now some of my favorite weapons in the game for dexterity builds.
