HIIT WORKOUT
3 x 'stations' each with 4 different exercises
Repeat each 'station' 3 times before moving on to the next 'station'
TIMING - 35 seconds work with 15 seconds rest

STATION 1
Exercise 1 - Deadlifts
Exercise 2 - 'Commando' with leg hop out (add resistance band to make it harder)
Exercise 3 - Shadow boxing with weights
Exercise 4 - candle stick abs
STATION 2
Exercise 1- Kettle bell swings
Exercise 2 - Reverse burpee
Exercise 3 - Hip thrusts ( forgot to film this one)
Exercise 4 - Kettle bell squats
STATION 3
Exercise 1 - Plank position upright dumbell row
Exercise 2 - Side lunges with dumbell
Exercise 3 - Ab plank side-to-sides
Exercise 4 - Gorilla bounds
