Duronic Hurricane 4 in 1 Rechargeable Lantern Review

The Duronic Hurricane 4 in 1 Rechargeable Lantern has the honors of being my first "Light Waves" review. I have visited "Lantern Radios" in the past, and now I would like to focus on portable light sources as a compliment to my current "Radio Waves" programming.

Features I like about this Lantern:
Rechargeable.
Flashlight on base.
Red LED flashers.
Easy to carry with adjustable handle.
Dynamo charging.
USB Charge In/Out Feature.
Lantern Mode runs longer then advertised.
Well made with quality materials.
Compartment in handle for useful items, such as the charging cord.
Great for short term power outages and weekend camping trips.

Features that could be added or improved on:
Solar panel.
Larger capacity battery for better run times.
Higher output LEDs.

Overall, for just under $20 this lantern provides a good value to the customer. The dynamo charging feature works very well. Having this will keep your room lit in case you forgot to stock up on normal batteries for your traditional lanterns. The addition of the USB charge out feature adds to its value. There is a lot of competition in this space, but I believe this lantern has a chance to compete.
