Ingredients:
✅ Ground beef
✅ Onion
✅ Sumac
✅ Rice
✅ Potatoes (for crispy tahdig)
✅ Spices: turmeric, black pepper, salt
✅ Saffron
✅ Oil
🌿 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Mix ground beef with grated onion and spices, knead well, and let it rest for an hour.
2️⃣ Shape into small meatballs and fry in oil until golden brown.
3️⃣ Soak rice for two hours, then cook and drain it.
4️⃣ Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of the pot for a crispy tahdig.
5️⃣ Layer rice, sumac, and meatballs repeatedly.
6️⃣ Cover and steam until fully cooked.
7️⃣ Serve with saffron-infused rice on top for extra aroma and flavor!
