Tying The Ice Dub Minnow Streamer Pattern

In today's video I tie an ice dub minnow which is one of my favorite fly patterns out there. this fly can be tied in whatever colors you like however as a general rule darker colors should be at the top of the fly. I love using this fly for bass especially when they are acting really aggressive and territorial because it works exceptionally well for getting reaction strikes. This fly is also one of only two patterns I've ever caught a fish on in saltwater and it works extremely well for ladyfish and speckled trout. I also recommend that when fishing this pattern you use a loop knot instead of a clinch knot because it gives the fly a much better range of motion.
