Ford T5 5 Speed Cosworth Sierra and TVR 5th Gear Removal and Installation

Here is how to remove the factory .80 5th speed overdrive gear in a Ford T5 Speed . The TVR and Ford Cosworth Sierra overdrive gear usually will break if removed with a puller. This .80 set was also used in some Ford Mustang applications and GM versions as well.
