Is it Possible to Kill EVERY ENEMY on Hardcore Mode in Resident Evil 2?

In this Resident Evil 2 challenge, I attempted to beat the game while also killing every enemy on hardcore mode. I've been on so many Resident Evil 2 forums where the advice for hardcore mode always seems to be to run from most enemies and save any ammo you can. So naturally I wanted to go against this and challenge myself to see if I could beat RE2 on hardcore mode while killing EVERY enemy.

So many interesting things happened and I answer lots of questions, like can you kill all of the jail cell zombies as Leon? Do you even have enough ammo to kill all of the enemies? Do the windows in the RPD infinitely spawn zombies? I had lots of fun with this RE2 challenge.

Resident Evil 2 is definitely one of my favourite games of all time. It completely blew away my expectations and as you can tell from the amount of videos I've made on it, I love this game.
