Superband - All By Myself & Banjo Blues (Hurricane Ida Relief)

Hey y’all, a group of New Orleans musicians got together a few days ago at the Sister Street House on Sister St. in the lower 9th to jam and to raise funds for the people of South Louisiana. Many people’s homes were destroyed and will be without electricity or running water for the foreseeable future. Any donation to these fine organizations would be greatly welcomed. I myself had my car totaled by the flooding caused by Hurricane Ida but that’s nothing compared with what most people are going through.

Southern Louisiana is in need of major support.
New Orleans is without power (major electricity transmitter has fallen and the city forecasts power outages for 3-6weeks)-
that means no power in grocery stores=no food access,
no power to your refrigerator,
no AC in the brutal southern heat,
no 911,
only a few places to charge your phone (people who have generators), the list of shitiness continues.
The parishes surrounding Orleans: St John the Baptist, St Charles, Terrebone, LaFourche, or St Tammany have experienced MAJOR DESTRUCTION from Ida.
The residents here are in need of all the resources (shelter, food, water, clothes, money, literally everything)
