A. Cheese Cake
For the base
1.5 cups maida
Half cup icing sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
Filling
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin thick yogurt
Strawberry or any jam
Recipe
Base
Mix maida (all purpose flour) and icing sugar, then slowly add butter till it becomes dough, press it in a pie pan, which we have greased and lined with butter paper.
Bake on 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Filling
Mix a tin of condensed milk and same amount of hung yoghurt. Add a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well then pour into baked crust and bake it again for about 10 minutes or until it's firm to touch.
Cool it and spread jam and offer it to Krishna.
B.Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup butter on room temperature
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 3/4 cup maida and atta mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups brown sugar
Recipe
Mix butter and peanut butter well then mix yogurt.
Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder.
Add sifted flour into the butter mixture and make a soft dough.
Shape the cookies and bake on 170 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool it and offer it to Krishna.
