Name introductions were not synchronized, the students were allowed to proceed upon hearing their name announced so whatever name you hear generally applies to the next student actually receiving the award- about a 15 second delay (logistics bomb.)

I filmed this at a free, open to the public event my daughter participated in. Who in their right mind would film a child high school event, make the footage public, and then place restrictions/copywrite on how it can be used?
