Not everyone needs to do the same Functional Fitness exercises with the same equipment (Kettlebells, Clubs, or Maces) in the same order. Some people's path will be more direct, while others' journey will meander down winding trails. In this video I compare my wife's journey with my own, and how two very different processes have both yielded good results. The key is to find the path that works best for you.

This video is a functional fitness video as part of my ongoing effort to share what I've learned over several years of studying kettlebells, clubs, mace, and other movement-based functional fitness practices. I feel young and pain-free today - a far cry from my broken down and chronic pain body when I turned 50.
Building a simple yet personal program for your kettlebell, club, and/or mace practice is not as easy as it should be. There are lots of folks sharing videos online, but detailed "how to build a program" information is harder to find. I'm trying to help others have an easier time building their program than I did when I started out.
