Foundation Sinking 2 Inches in Irving TX — 12 Hybrid Piers Driven 26ft Deep!

This 2014 home in Irving, Texas had sunk 2 inches, so we’re installing 12 hybrid piers to stabilize and level the slab. The grade beams were almost 4ft deep, making digging a challenge, but by 1 PM we had all holes open and most piers installed. Each pier was driven 20 to 26 feet deep until reaching solid bearing strata.

Tomorrow, we’ll finish driving the last 4 piers, set up the bottle jacks, lift and level the foundation, backfill, and complete the repair. 👷‍♂️🏡
