Mark 11:1-10 | "2000 Year Procession" | Bible Teaching | Simple Pursuit

We look at Jesus' triumphal entry as He rides a young colt into Jerusalem, humbly, meek, with His 12 disciples. We look at the events that will unfold over the next 6 chapters, and after Jesus' resurrection and ascension, as He tells the disciples to go wait for the power to become His witness. On the day of Pentecost, Peter begins to speak with boldness as the Holy Spirit gives utterance and brings things to his remembrance, and 3000 were saved. In Acts 4 5000 are saved. This coming pithing 2 months after Jesus rode into Jerusalem, people crying come save now. They are crying for a Messiah to save them from Roman rule, expecting to see a huge military procession from a valiant, victorious king. Jesus overcame death and is the King of kings and Lord of lords and each one of us that have come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior are part of this 2000 year procession. This eternal procession of God Almighty!
