In this tutorial, which is a screen recording using Quick Time Player, I go over Milky Way image editing focusing on a star reduction technique and final edits before sharing and posting your image. The skies had cleared significantly when this set of images was collected, therefore the final stack of contains the kind of sky that star reduction works well on. The core is allowed to pop from the night sky and really glow.
This is a very straight forward process, but I cover file and folder sequencing, as well as some of the critical selections that you must make while exporting the RAW files and while importing the the JPEGS into Photoshop.
This is a fourth effort at creating a photography or timelapse tutorial, but I wanted to share my process as I've had a few followers as for this over this years. This is a "Straight Outta Camera" edit, so the audio has some room for improvement?! Any positive suggestions you'd like to share would be appreciated.
