A science fiction and cosmic horror video game where curiosity is devoured by the unknown. An advanced civilization, on the verge of perfecting human synthesization, detects signs of life on a distant planet. Driven by fascination... they approach. But the planet traps them—like prey. You awaken as a synthetic, inside a ship slowly being digested by a living planet. The mechanics are simple yet intense: meticulous exploration, environmental puzzles, and heavy, clunky combat… where every bullet counts. The story isn’t told with words, but through symbols, images, and environments that speak on their own. The interface is minimal and diegetic. The art blends raw pixel visuals with a dark atmosphere. And the sound design surrounds the player in an oppressive, living experience. Developed in Unity by Nostalgic Brains, an indie team from Salta, Argentina. This is Exogenesis.
