Hey Guys,hope you all had a really nice time over the holidays,lots of fun this end I`m happy to report :-) Roll on Spring though,my favorite time of year!!!
Ok let`s get down to business, In this piece I had an Idea to go for a resin like finish using pouring medium instead of resin..
I painted the canvas black first and then let it dry, when the pouring medium drys out it will return to black so it cannot dilute or mute the other colours in the piece...This experiment is still in the early stages but as I have said before, my videos are more what iff? Than how too videos,so I`m happy to share it with you now .I think this technique has sooo much potential? I will definitely be exploring it more...Hope you enjoy...
Materials used: Acrylic Paint,Pva Glue & Water..
