Over two full days, participants will engage in structured sessions that unpack systemic racism in Canada—including anti-Black and anti-Asian racism—while exploring intersectionality, anti-oppression frameworks, and the lived experiences of marginalized communities. Funded activities include expert-led panel discussions, youth-led dialogues, policy-focused workshops, hands-on tools for equity audits, and leadership labs examining bias, power dynamics, and inclusive decision-making. Facilitated breakout sessions will guide participants through mapping how racism operates within systems and rewriting organizational policies using inclusive language and equitable practices.
