Game Day USA Stars 10U Surge Past JP Sports All-American 10U Blue Thanks To Big Second Inning

Stars 10U scored seven runs in the second inning, which helped them defeat JP Sports All-American 10U Blue 13-2 on Thursday. Grady D grounded out, scoring one run, Cooper S singled, scoring one run, Tucker K singled, scoring one run, Brecken G singled, scoring one run, Tanner I singled, scoring one run, CJ B singled, scoring one run, and Colin E singled, scoring one run.

Stars 10U got on the board in the top of the first inning after Brecken doubled to left field, Tanner singled, Colin doubled to left field, and Kip M laid down a sacrifice bunt, each scoring one run.

Brecken led things off on the mound for Stars 10U. The righty surrendered two hits and one run over two innings, striking out four and walking two. Ace S stepped on the hill first for JP Sports 1oU. The pitcher surrendered 12 hits and 11 runs over two innings, striking out none and walking none. Grady appeared in relief for Stars 10U.

Stars 10U amassed 12 hits in the game. Brecken, Tucker, Colin, and Tanner each collected two hits for Stars 10U. Cooper, Brecken, Colin, and Tanner each drove in two runs for Stars 10U.
