How to make old fashioned oats carp pack bait fishing recipe.
Items needed are 1 tube of old fashioned oats
1 can of cream corn
Flavor of your choice

Empty the oats into a bucket or comparible container. Next mix in the whole can of cream corn making sure there are no dry pieces left. You are now ready to add your flavor. I like to add a little mix well then pull the contents from the bottom to the top and add a little more then mix well. This bait does not need to set up its ready to fish once its made.
