Victor Jory travels on the new Streamline Express train to find his fiancee Evelyn Venables after she hops off with another man in this clip from the 1935 film. Posing as a waiter Jory locates her and confronts her in her room. As Evelyn offers indignant threats, Jory snaps and bends her over his lap, telling her "Now you're gonna get what you deserve" before smacking her bum with a brush. "Oh, this is the end," wails Evelyn, to which Jory cheekily replies. "It certainly is and I'm going to beat some sense into it. This is the only way to beat some sense into you, the only way to show that I've had enough, that I mean what I say and I love you," he tells her as he spanks her with a slipper before both realize what he's just said. It seems to work as soon after the two are smooching and Victor is victorious. Well, we all like a happy ending, don't we?
