ScaleTalk: What is a Home Run Cable and How is it Wired?

A home run cable connects a scale’s junction box with its weight indicator. Used in four-wire or six-wire configurations, home run cables do not have color codes. However, it may be convenient to use the same color code as the scale’s load cell. This video demonstrates a home run cable’s connection process.
