Pluto in the 10th house|conjunct the midheaven

Capricorn is the traditional ruler of the tenth house, where we find Saturn as both the traditional and esoteric lord of Capricorn along side Lilith in tropical astrology. The tenth house thus signifies the ultimate descent into physical matter and then the ability to augment it according to ones own desire . But at the same time, remaining in line with the ridged nature of the ruling sign of Capricorn and Saturn.

Capricorn for this reason where the adept becomes a master, as they have reached the culmination of understanding and wisdom and can finally transmute the last remnants of the old individual personality into the collective.

This theme is seen in the form of the midheaven which sits in the cusp of the tenth house, and is the highest placement of the natal chart. Pluto, brings in a drive and sheer will to become the best in this. Because Pluto is a more refined energy of mars, we see similar expressions of this energy as mars in the 10th house or conjunct the midheaven.
