In the MCU, Elizabeth Olson's Wanda Maximoff has been established as one of the most powerful magic users. With her ability to bend reality to her will, Scarlet Witch can be a formidable foe against her enemies. In Marvel comics, she has warped reality multiple times, from the birth of her children to the erasure of most mutants from reality.
However, another Marvel hero that could go toe to toe with Wanda may be coming to the MCU with the introduction of the X-Men and mutants. While Jean Grey started out as a telepath, her bond with the Phoenix Force has also made her able to affect reality as well. If the Scarlet Witch and the Phoenix were ever to face off against one another, it would be a battle for the ages.
