Before you comment, I'm aware that there are rumors Disney won't actually be closing Splash in the near future. However, in order to not build up potentially false hope, I'm assuming the worst; that Disney will close both Splashes for refurb this Winter (Winter 2021/2022). As I'm sure it does all of you, it deeply saddens me and I'm afraid I'm most likely not going to have a chance to ride WDW's before Winter, although I will be visiting Disneyland in the fall so expect to see videos from there.

Although I'm sad and disappointed Splash might be leaving us, I'm grateful for all the good times it's given me, and I'm extremely thankful for all the work people have put into documenting it. Martin's tributes, all the soundtracks (like this one!), and everything else! It really carries on the legacy of the attraction, even while it might be gone. So thanks guys, and let's keep Splash alive in our own ways! - 91J

Avant de commenter, je suis conscient qu'il y a des rumeurs selon lesquelles Disney ne fermera pas Splash dans un avenir proche. Cependant, afin de ne pas créer de faux espoirs potentiels, je suppose le pire ; que Disney fermera les deux Splashs pour rénovation cet hiver (hiver 2021/2022). Comme je suis sûr que c'est le cas pour vous tous, cela m'attriste profondément et je crains de ne pas avoir l'occasion de faire du WDW avant l'hiver, même si je visiterai Disneyland à l'automne, alors attendez-vous à voir vidéos de là-bas.

Bien que je sois triste et déçu que Splash puisse nous quitter, je suis reconnaissant pour tous les bons moments qu'il m'a donnés, et je suis extrêmement reconnaissant pour tout le travail que les gens ont fait pour le documenter. Les hommages de Martin, toutes les bandes originales (comme celle-ci !), et tout le reste ! Cela perpétue vraiment l'héritage de l'attraction, même s'il n'y en a peut-être plus.
