Ingredients:
Boiled egg 6 pieces
3 medium size potato ( cut long slices)
Masala paste ingredients ( 2 medium size onion, 10 gm garlic , 1 inch ginger stick, 7 pieces Kashmiri red chilli, 10 gm cashew nuts , 2 medium size tomato )
Saha jeera 1 teaspoon
2 pieces bay leaves
Whole garam masala spices ( cardamom, cinnamon, cloves , black pepper)
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Green chilli 4 pieces for flavour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon spicy red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Coriander leaves
