In the 25th Hunger Games, as a reminder to the rebels that their children were dying because of their choice to initiate violence, every district of "Panem" was made to hold an election and vote on tribute, one from each district who will represent it in the Games. In District 7 two young representatives has the same number of votes - a 16-year-old girl Octavia Skaikru and 17-year-old Illian Trishan. All 13-teen competitors go to the Capitol to stand against each other on the arena and fight to the death. Only one warrior can be victoriuous.
